Filipino Adobo Recipe

Adobo is one of the popular dish of Filipinos. It can be chicken, pork or even beef. It is very simple to prepare and you can do this for a less period of time.


Ingredients:

Chopped pork or chicken

Soy sauce                 Cup of water

Vinegar                     Salt

Black pepper

Cooking Oil



How to cook:

Prepare the pan heat with oil and put the chopped oinions and garlic. Fried a little then put the pork  put  cup of water and small amount of soy sauce. After the pork will be half cook you can add the vinegar then salt and pepper to add taste. You can also add sugar if you want it to be sweet.
