How to make Siomai

Siomai

Ingredients:

Siomai wrapper, Chopped meat of pork / chicken / beef , Carrots, Black Pepper, Garlic, Condiments , Singkamas ( mexican turnip ) , Calamansi and Soy sauce


Preparation:

Put the chopped meat in the container. Mixed the chopped carrots, Singkamas , Condiments, Chopped Garlic and Black pepper to it. Mixed them carefully and gently. After mixing wrap them using siomai wrapper. Do it many times as long as you have meat. Put the finish siomai to steamer to be cooked. Usually you will cook for one hour the pork meat and less time the chicken. After cooking you can fried some garlic and put it to siomai together with calamansi and soy sauce. You can also add chili sauce.
