How to Make Varza Cu Porc

Varza cu Porc


Ingredients:

Cabbage ( Varza ) , Bacon , Tomato , Onion , Black Pepper ( intact ) , Bay leaves , Pork , Cooking oil


Preparation:

Put the cooking oil in the pan and heat. After it will be hot, put the onion and fried a little. Put the Pork and bacon to be cooked. When it will be half  cooked put the Cabbage, Tomato, and 2 - 3 bay leaves. Add some water and cook for some hour the cabbage until it will soft and ready to be eaten. You can add salt or condiments if needed to control the taste. After it will be soft and cook you can prepare to eat and enjoy your meal.
