The secret of a good barbecue depends on the marinade you use to it. You can use oister sauce, garlic, black pepper, sugar , calamansi, catsup, pineapple juice and pepper. Marinade the meat on them the whole night so it will be tastier. The next day, put the meat on the sticks ( your choice ) to be ready for the grill. Cook the barbecue in the grill and Serve. You can also add some vegetables in the sticks if you want.
