How to make Leche Flan

Prepare the ingredients you can see in the picture. Sugar ( white and brown ) evaporated milk, condensed milk and eggs.

Prepare some container also where you can put the Leche flan after you make.

First is mix the milks, sugar and eggs in one container. Mix them carefully. Put small amount of brown sugar in another container where you will put the leche flan and heat them a little in the fire until it will be melted and put the mixed milk, sugar and eggs on it. Do it for many times as long as you can. Put them in the steamer and leave some minutes.
