Pork Soup ( Sinigang na baboy )

Prepare the pork and boil it together with chopped tomato, pepper and onions.
Wait for some minutes until the pork will be soft. After it will be soft, add the raddish, egg plant and other leafy vegetables and leave it for few minutes to be soft. After that add the tamarind flavorings or you can use Calamansi to make the soup sour. You can add some salt to control the taste as well.,Leave it and let to be boil for some minutes. Ready to serve. You can eat this with rice or bread.
