How To Cook Carbonara

Carbonara

Ingredients: 

Pasta , Milk , Chopped meat , Liver spread , Black pepper, Salt , Mushroom, Onion , Garlic, Cooking oil

Preparation:

Boil pasta separately in one container. Usually 6 - 8 mins you will cook the pasta after the water will be boiled.

In separate pan, put the cooking oil to be heated and fried the onion and garlic. When it will be cooked put the chopped meat and wait for it until it will be cooked. After it will be cooked, put the liver spread, chopped mushroom then milk. Let it to be boil and add black pepper and salt when needed. Leave for some minutes and try to taste. After you finish put some pasta on the plate and put the carbonara sauce. Eat well.
