How to have Good Digestion

All the people like to eat delicious foods. But there are some problem that we encounter every time we eat and one is poor digestion.
Poor digestion can cause stomach pain and some problems. There are some ways that you can do to avoid that. When you will eat, chew the food and eat gently. Do not rush and do not skip you meal. It is not good to eat fast and a lot when you are very hungry. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday for good digestion. Milk is also good for digestion. Do not lay down after you eat. Stay only in one place and do not walk a lot. Eat only few at night and laying down in the left position will help a lot in digesting the food you eat.
