Sarmale

Sarmale is one of the best food you can find in Romania especially during celebrations. It is very tasty and not complicated to make. All you need is Cabbage that was preserve in salt, water and dill.
When cabbage is ready, you will marinade the chopped meat together with rice, condiments, black pepper, salt and chili powder. After you marinade you will wrap the marinated meat using the cabbage and put them in one container. Chop some small pieces of cabbage and put the the top of Sarmale. Put some water not exceeding to the the chopped cabbage. Put bay leaves and intact black pepper and tomato paste. Boil and wait to be cooked.
